At this point, The Corrupt List is still in Alpha phase. Some things that should be here are not here yet; and some things might not even work correctly.

But who cares. This is about making a statement.

Typically, I don't release an alpha-phase service. But the ongoing political and corruption climate is too much to bear, so I gotta do what I gotta do.

This is the page where you leave your comments about what you'd like to see in The Corrupt List.

So you've made a statement

So you've made a statement about the following politicians, by saying that they're corrupt and including them into your list. Well done, statement made.

Just out of curiosity, what are the guidelines of nominating a politician into this list? The procedure of adding a politician in this list? Of removal of entries? How are you going to sort and display any corroborating information or evidence that the aforementioned politician is, say, corrupt?

The control is with you

The list should be sorted by the number of votes they garner. Lots of those details are in the works.

But what's more important to know is this. The Corrupt List is not a personal list of mine. It is a list that you and everybody else owns. If there's something you don't agree with, vote it down. If you've got more to add, please do so. And if you see anything wrong or unfair being said about a nominated person, change it.

In that spirit, I don't have any editorial guideline in mind. My role should simply be the facilitator and nothing more.

A little side note

Well hope you site can accommodate those that
Are corrupted also, not just the "most corrupted", but also the
"Corrupted"…

And hope from here we can take back what belongs to us(citizens)
And set things right for our future and our children’s future,
And also righting the wrong that was done for so many generations.

corrupt list for malaysian politicians

So far, we have two minister/politicians from Malaysia on you corrupt list. For the sake of credibility, I would suggest that you:

1/ Immediately alert the office of the politician who has just been nominated as a corrupt politician. Seek comments from the politician involved.
2/ Immediately notify the office of the Prime Minister or President of the country whose politician has been nominated as a corrupt politician. Seek the comments of the PM/President.
3/ Alert the major newspapers of that country
4/ Inform the alternative media in that country, including bloggers like me, in the event that a politician from this country gets nominated
5/ Disclose the "crimes" that got a politician nominated as most corrupt.

Thank you.

It's up to the people

Thanks for the comments. My take is this site is for the people. It's credibility is entirely subjected to the opinion of the people.

If something is deemed not credible, users are encouraged to vote it down.

However, if there appears to be very little details of their deeds here, I'd encourage users to contribute and document their records. Put on links, photos, what have you, and keep them honest.
